Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules that apply to all use of Dhruvanta One and associated products provided by Dhruvanta Systems Private Limited(CIN  U62013TS2026PTC212638). It applies to Customers and all users granted access under a Customer's account. This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

Customers may use the Services solely for their own internal business operations in accordance with these Terms. The Services are intended for B2B use by authorised employees and contractors of the Customer.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activity

  • Using the Services to facilitate any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law.
  • Processing, transmitting, or storing data in violation of the DPDP Act 2023 or other data protection law.
  • Using the Services for money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

Security and infrastructure abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other tenants' data, or underlying infrastructure.
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks or network interference.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities without explicit written authorisation from Dhruvanta Systems.
  • Bypassing or circumventing authentication, role-based access controls, or tenant isolation mechanisms.

Data and privacy violations

  • Uploading or processing personal data of individuals without a lawful basis as required by applicable law.
  • Using the Services to harvest, scrape, or aggregate personal data of third parties without consent.
  • Storing or transmitting data that you do not have the right to process.

Harmful or abusive content

  • Using the Services to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Misuse of the platform

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the Services.
  • Reselling or sublicensing access to the Services without Dhruvanta Systems' written consent.
  • Using the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on infrastructure or degrades service for other customers.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, role, or organisation when using the Services.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all users granted access under their account comply with this AUP. The Customer must:

  • Maintain appropriate access controls and revoke access promptly when a user leaves or changes role.
  • Report suspected security incidents or AUP violations to Dhruvanta Systems promptly.
  • Ensure that all Customer Data processed through the Services complies with applicable law.

5. Enforcement

Dhruvanta Systems reserves the right to investigate suspected AUP violations. On confirmation of a violation we may, at our discretion:

  • Suspend or restrict the Customer's access to the Services.
  • Terminate the Customer's subscription with or without prior notice depending on severity.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or appropriate.

Where possible, Dhruvanta Systems will provide prior notice and an opportunity to remediate before taking action, unless the violation poses an immediate risk to the Services, other customers, or third parties.

6. Reporting violations

To report suspected AUP violations or security concerns, email legal@dhruvantasystems.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

Dhruvanta Systems may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice via the portal or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

8. Governing law

This AUP is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana, India, as set out in the Terms of Service.
